Breakfast is served every day either in the bright Dining
Room or at the Breakfast Bar, where fresh fruit is served
daily, along with a full Breakfast that usually includes waffles,
scones, lemon pancakes, strawberry-rhubarb crisp pie, all
served with Vermont Maple Syrup of course.

Each morning, Lucy will prepare a warm Vermont breakfast
made with local fruits and maple syrup. You're guaranteed
not to go away hungry! Many times Lucy will bring in fresh
hand-picked vegetables from her own vegetable garden for your
omelet.
